Solutions for Women began as a
network of women friends seeking additional therapeutic support to maintain their lives. In 2012 these same founding members incorporated as a nonprofit organization and began FREE support groups for women in the San Francisco Bayview Hunter's Point district. Our Logo further defines us: The "SOL" in SOL-utions, is the Latin root word for "the SUN". We see ourselves as, like the sun, bright and powerful. The color BLUE reflective of the sky and sea, is from where we derive the tranquility that centers us... Together we walk a common ROAD along our journey of life towards the the Sun, the most powerful planet on earth... We are Solutions for Women, empowering ourselves, knowing the sky is our limit. |
